Terms and conditions

1. Seller and contact

The seller is WE SELL LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. Customer support is available by email at wesell@myyahoo.com. Phone support is coming soon.

2. Product information and fitment

All tires offered for purchase are new unless a listing clearly states otherwise. Photographs may be representative; the written brand, model, size, load range, position, application and warranty fields control. The buyer is responsible for verifying tire size, load capacity, speed rating, rim compatibility, vehicle fitment, intended service and quantity before payment. Installation should be performed by a qualified tire professional.

3. Prices, card-processing cost and taxes

All prices are in U.S. dollars. The advertised online card price includes the card-processing cost paid as part of the order total. No separate debit-card surcharge is added. Shipping or delivery and applicable tax are shown before payment. A quote issued outside the website may use different payment terms.

4. Availability and order acceptance

Availability changes as orders are placed. Starting checkout temporarily holds the selected quantity. An order is accepted after successful payment, automated availability verification and the buyer’s required acceptance of these terms. If a synchronization error makes an item unavailable after payment, WE SELL LLC will contact the buyer and offer a replacement approved by the buyer or a refund for the unavailable item.

5. Payment confirmation and timing

The buyer receives an on-screen order confirmation after successful payment and a receipt at the email entered during secure checkout. Allow up to three business days for payment verification and order processing. Pickup, shipping or delivery is targeted within seven business days after confirmed payment unless the product listing states a different timeframe. Dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather, road conditions, supply interruption or events outside reasonable control.

6. Pickup, shipping and delivery

The buyer must select pickup or shipping/delivery before payment. Any shipping or delivery charge is disclosed in the cart and secure checkout. The buyer must provide a complete deliverable address and reasonable access for unloading. Title and risk of loss pass as allowed by applicable law and the carrier’s terms. Visible loss or damage should be noted with the carrier at delivery and reported to WE SELL LLC promptly with photographs and supporting documents.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation requests must be emailed before order processing begins. Because tires may be ordered, allocated or shipped specifically for the buyer, sales are final after processing begins unless the item is damaged, defective, materially misdescribed or an approved written exception applies. Mounted, installed, driven-on or altered tires are not returnable except through an applicable defect or warranty claim. This section does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Warranty

Each tire listing states the applicable warranty. Warranty coverage, exclusions, claim procedures and remedies vary by manufacturer and product. The buyer must retain the receipt, follow maintenance and inflation requirements, and provide photographs or the tire when reasonably required for a claim. WE SELL LLC does not expand a manufacturer’s written warranty, but will provide reasonable proof-of-purchase assistance.

9. Fraud, chargebacks and order review

WE SELL LLC may pause or cancel a suspicious, duplicate, mispriced or unverifiable order and issue an appropriate refund. Before filing a payment dispute, the buyer should email the support address so the order record, delivery evidence, warranty or refund request can be reviewed promptly.

10. Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WE SELL LLC is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect fitment selected by the buyer, improper installation, overloading, underinflation, misuse, unauthorized repair or operation outside a tire’s stated application. These terms are governed by Virginia law, without overriding mandatory consumer rights that apply where the buyer resides.

11. Changes

The terms version accepted at checkout applies to that order. Material changes apply only to later orders.
